Customer service is handled personally by Preethi, who reads and responds to every message herself. There is no ticketing system that auto-closes after 72 hours, no chatbot offering FAQ links instead of answers. If you email [email protected] before 5 pm IST on a business day, you will receive a personal reply by end of day. If you call between 10 am and 7 pm Monday through Friday or 10 am to 6 pm Saturday, Preethi or another team member will pick up. We take Sundays off. For bulk orders — corporate gifting, event favours, or interior styling projects — please call directly or use the subject line 'Bulk Enquiry' in your email so we can prioritise your request. We can fulfil custom branded sets from a minimum of 25 units.

Do you deliver across India?
Yes — we ship to every serviceable pin code via Blue Dart and Delhivery. Most major cities receive orders within 2 days; remote areas may take up to 5. You'll receive a live tracking link as soon as your parcel is collected.
What is your returns policy?
15 days from delivery, for any reason. We arrange doorstep collection at no charge to you and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. No deductions, no questions that make you feel guilty.
Can I order custom or branded sets?
Yes. Corporate gifting and branded sets are available from 25 units upward. Lead time is typically 10–14 business days depending on the product mix. Call us or email with 'Bulk Enquiry' in the subject line and we'll send a quote within one business day.
Do you offer discounts?
We run two sales per year — one around Diwali and one in January. We do not offer constant 'sale' pricing with inflated original prices. If you subscribe to our email list, you'll hear about both sales before the general public. That's the only discount programme we run.

Visit Us in Bandra West
Our studio and dispatch space at 14 Linking Road, Bandra West is open to visitors Monday through Friday between 11 am and 6 pm, and on Saturday mornings by appointment. You are welcome to come and handle the products before you buy — something online shopping can never fully replace. If you're coming from outside Mumbai or planning a larger buying trip, please email ahead so we can make sure the full catalog is accessible when you arrive. We are a short walk from Bandra station's western exit and have ample street parking on Linking Road. Look for the deep olive-painted door — it matches the forest-cream palette of everything we make and sell.
